Medical conditions and medications you might be taking can influence health of your gums, teeth and jaw joints. By learning more about your medical history and your current health conditions during your first visit, doctors will be able to recommend and provide the best course of treatment crafted especially for you.
Hence, on your first visit, remember to provide us the following:
Emirates ID or a valid ID
Insurance card (Please check the network) (link to insurance page)
Referral Letter (if available)
Previous reports, X-rays, MRI’s, CT scans etc. and any other relevant information
List of medications (if any)
