At Boston Dental Center, we work with a wide range of insurance companies and healthcare networks to help make your dental care as convenient and straightforward as possible.
Your insurance coverage depends on your individual policy, dental benefits, network, annual limits, exclusions, co-payments, and the type of treatment required. Being insured does not always mean that every dental procedure is covered.
Our reception team can assist you with checking your insurance eligibility, available dental benefits, network status, and any pre-approval or authorization requirements before your treatment.
To help us check your coverage, please have your insurance card and Emirates ID available when contacting or visiting us. We recommend confirming your benefits before starting treatment, so you have a clear understanding of what is covered and what may be payable by you.
Please note: Insurance coverage and approvals are subject to the terms and conditions of your individual policy. Final coverage is determined by your insurance provider or healthcare administrator.
International Insurance
We also accept patients with selected international insurance plans, including International SOS, Cigna International, MSH International, GeoBlue, Henner, and others.
If you have international insurance, please contact your insurance provider before your appointment and request a Guarantee of Payment (GOP) for your planned dental treatment. The insurer will then share the GOP directly with Boston Dental Center.
Please ensure the GOP is issued and received by our clinic before your treatment to allow us to confirm your coverage and proceed smoothly. Coverage and approval are subject to the terms of your insurance plan.
Reimbursement & Self-Pay Options
If your insurance plan does not include Boston Dental Center in its network, you may still choose to pay for your treatment directly and request reimbursement from your insurance provider, where applicable.
Our team can provide you with the necessary invoices and treatment documents to support your reimbursement claim. Self-pay patients can also proceed with treatment without using insurance.
Coverage and reimbursement are subject to your individual insurance policy and approval from your insurance provider.
